Brilliant hotel our two teen daughters and us two friends had such a fab girls holiday. We were impressed by the cleanliness of the hotel, the quality of entertainment and helpfulness and friendliness of the staff (thank you Alida for your wonderful smiley service and great mojitos!) We took the train to Barcelona for the day - crowded but literally to door for a few euros each- they run every half hour I’d recommend it. Had an exceptional meal and jazz by the pool evening at sister hotel’s Bamboo restaurant - truly standout. But the Veneziana pizzas and pasta are delicious and handy for pool-side takeaway. Friendly team there too. We hired one of the two cabanas (only €25 per day and you get two free cocktails so very worth it) and this transformed our holiday because the main poolside area was very crowded and loungers get bagged early… highly recommend if you prefer space and can use stairs ok to get down to the pool. Brilliant value for the price point, highly recommend!

Me, my husband and two children stayed here for a week. First of all the staff here are really great, the hotel is clean and the pool and amenities are good. There are always plenty of sunbeds no matter what time of day you choose to go to the pool. The pool is small for the size of the hotel but adequate. The food here is wonderful. Amazing variety each day and the service at every meal was great. Here’s the part that drops it to a poor rating. Upon arriving we were given two double beds despite having two 13 year old children, boy and girl. We asked if possible that we could have two singles but not an option. It was clear when we booked it through our travel agent we had two children of that age. This meant my son and husband had to sleep together but both being quite a big build they really struggled all week to get a decent nights sleep. The hotel is loud. Loud music at times during the day, so loud you can’t escape it anywhere. Entertainment till 11 each night that is extremely loud, but the rooms are made of paper. You can hear absolutely everything. You can hear neighbours opening wardrobes, walking about, and the doors to your room block no noise at all to the corridor so you hear everyone coming back from the bar about 12 then getting up for breakfast. The slamming of every door and kids screaming in the corridors. It finally starts to quieten about 1am when people have finished banging about but then starts again at 7.30 as people get up early for breakfast. It totally ruined our holiday and we left more exhausted than when we arrived looking forward to a good break. By the end of the holiday we’re frustrated, exhausted and just ready for home.
