Just back from an 11 day stay. Lovely reception area and very helpful and friendly staff. Our room, however was a different matter. The beds were like sleeping on concrete, the shower was tiny if you turned round in it you knocked the lever and turned the water off. The t v kept turning itself back on after it had been switched off and the telephone didn't work. Also the balcony doesn't have any furniture on it. All these were mentioned to reception and a fantastic lady called Sinead did her best to sort things for us. The main issue is definitely the mattresses they are so hard it's impossible to sleep comfortably. We had two duvets and a mattress topper but they were still very uncomfortable. I've come home with serious back issues and will need to see a doctor. Besides all this the food was lovely and the rooftop pool amazing but unfortunately we won't be coming back.

Yet another glorious stay at this fabulous hotel- I haven’t been since it has been refurbished and they have done a fantastic job- sky pool was a dream, clean and spotless as was our gorgeous room- with an amazing view of the Cathedral-the quality of food superb and the staff- as always were wonderful- thank you Santiago for a fabulous memorable much needed stay- we were treated like Queens and cannot wait to return

We had a superior family room which had 2 separate bedrooms. It worked really well as the apartment was spacious. The cleaners were excellent and were very courteous and highly effective at cleaning the rooms. The reception area is really nice but as we had children we were limited to the downstairs pool. This is in the shade for the vast majority of the day and as a result the water was cold despite heat of 40C, which meant the kids had to get out on a number of occasions. The food was pretty good for bar snacks like pizza as it was ‘home made’ clearly with a pizza oven. However, our experience was really disappointing due to the quite frankly terrible views. The main balcony over looked what looked like a building site with a crane and messy building supplies. The other balcony overlooked what seemed to be a cleaners entrance and was in between 2 blocks. As you can see from the photos, we will never go back!! Very disappointing!
