We were very apprehensive of going on holiday after looking at some of the reviews however, I can say that we had an amazing time. We stayed there for 11 nights and we found the hotel to be really nice and budget friendly. It was in a good location and not far from the beach. There was decent entertainment in the evening and always had things happening during the day. There was a weekend where they brought in inflatable slides for the kids in the pool, and there was cake and snacks which was really fun. There is a rooftop terrace area at the top of the hotel which was adults only which had jacuzzis, a bar and really nice wide sofa beds things which were perfect to relax in when you wanted to get away from all the noise in the pool. We also tried the spa which seemed decent though you do have to pay. We found the food to be really good as well, much better than we expected. I saw reviews about the long wait times sometimes and we only experienced this for dinners. We were a family of 9 people and we found it easy to find tables for breakfast and lunch. There was usually queues for dinner however we never had to wait longer than 15 mins to be seated so personally we had no issue with it. We did find it odd that were no fridges in the rooms and you had to pay extra to have a fridge every night but it wasn’t too big of an issue as we always got water from the supermarket that’s opposite the hotel. We also found out it odd that since we were there for 11 nights, the cleaning staff never changed our bed sheets once. They would come in to give us new towels every day and to arrange our beds and do a quick sweep of the room. The walls are very thin and if guests are loud at night then it would get quite distracting and annoying. Most of the staff were extremely lovely and helpful. Overall a great stay we had a blast!
